It has a ground floor sun terrace with awning to the rear leading into the communal gardens. On the roof there are 2 private roof terraces, one with awning, with space for dining or sunbathing giving views to the mountains in the east and landscaped gardens to the west . The house is around a 5 minutes walk to Burriana and Carabeo beaches and a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Balcon and lively town centre.Within a few minutes walk from the house are a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants with a small supermarket and Tapas Restuarant immediately adjacent. Lovely family home in the heart of Nerja

We really appreciated how well equipped this town house was. The owners have thought of everything. The roof terraces were amazing. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Parking was never more than a block away.

A real gem of a beautiful holiday home.
