'ATICO SANTIAGO' It's a smart, modern unique, large penthouse apartment with Private Rooftop Pool (8mX4m) and spacious Sun Terraces. On the top floor of a residential building at the quiet end of a cobbled shady street in Los Boliches. It sleeps 10 people with extra pull out beds and cot available on request. The lovely wide blue flag beach is just 4 minutes walk away. There are numerous, shops, bars, restaurants and the daily indoor market, selling fresh meat, seafood, fruit and vegetables. The train station for the Fuengirola/Malaga line is only 5 minutes walk, which allows easy and cheap access to nearby Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga City and the Airport. Airport to 'Atico' is only 40 minutes door to door. ACCOMMODATION The apartment is accessed via a secure foyer and private lift to the top floor. BEDROOMS have a luxurious feel like a boutique hotel. Beds are great quality and comfortable . All air conditioned. BATHROOMS. The master bedroom has an en suite large shower room. The second bedroom has a shower room across the corridor and the third and fourth bedroom share a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Outside shower room by the pool. KITCHEN. The modernised kitchen is fully kitted out with, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and large american style fridge freezer. There is plenty of crockery,cutlery and utensils. LIVING AREAS. The lounge/ dining area is extremely spacious and has a new 55 inch Plasma TV with CABLE, DVD and free WIFI internet. There is lovely comfy corner sofa and large dining table and chairs. The whole area is very open and spacious. OUTDOOR AREAS. Fabulous Pool and Terrace area which is equipped with loungers,parasols and BBQ.There is a large table and chairs on a shaded decked area overlooking the pool. About the neighbourhood

Los Boliches is a traditional Spanish coastal town between Fuengirola and Benalmadena. Whilst retaining it's Spanish feel, it is a haven of international restaurants, cafes and bars. The beaches are very wide and Blue Flag with an abundance of chiringuitos offering sun beds, parasols and refreshments from ice-creams to a full meals. Shops include local traders to large supermarkets and Places of Worship for all denominations can be found. Frequent bus, train and coaches serve all surrounding areas for those who wish to explore. There is a local travel agent who can book day trips to Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada and even across the Straits to Morocco.

Getting around

There are plenty of available taxis in Los Boliches. There is a frequent bus service to Fuengirola and from there to the surrounding areas. Coach trips can be reserved at agencies in the High Street. The train from Fuengirola to Malaga runs every 20 minutes.
