Beautiful seafront apartment on Los Boliches beach with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Great views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace and lounge. The terrace is furnished with table, two dining chairs and 2 relining chairs. The lounge is beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Wifi, flat-screen TV showing UK and international TV channels and air conditioning. The bedroom has comfortable king sized bed and large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and chest of drawers. During summer months we use 100% cotton sheets and throws and cosy duvets during the cooler months. Large ceiling fan in the bedroom with remote control. The bathroom is brand new with walkin rainwater shower, vanity unit with storage and toilet. Induction hob, oven, microwave, washer and fridge with cold water dispenser. Dine on the terrace in the evening or take a walk along the seafront to one of the many beach bars or restaurants. This is a great apartment to enjoy a relaxing, self catering, beach front holiday in this newly renovated apartment. What nicer way to start your day with breakfast on the terrace and in the evening watching the sunset over the mountains. The Mediterranean views from the terrace are spectacular. As the apartment is right on the seafront and just a short walk (5 minute) to Los Boliches station with a direct link to Malaga airport you can save on taxis/car hire and enjoy a complete rest. In the evening take a short stroll to one of the many seafront restaurants or beach bars - or dine on your own terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. On arrival day the apartment will be available from 14.00 to 21.00 hours. If you have an early arrival, I will have the apartment ready before 14.00 if possible. A cash Damage Deposit of 50 GBP or Euros is payable on arrival and refunded on departure day if the property is left in good condition. This deposit covers damage, breakages, loss of keys, excessive use of electricity or additional cleaning. (70 kwh of electricity per week is included in the rental rate).

Great apartment in a lovely location

Jenny the owner was really helpful and made us feel very welcome and at home. The apartment was very comfortable with lots of extra touches. Easy to walk to restaurants and good sea-views from the terrace. Will definitely be back!

First class apartment

We have stayed in many apartments over the years and this is one of the very best. The owners Jenny and Jim could not do enough for you and on arrival they supplied tea milk water etc which was a nice touch.

About the neighbourhood
The beautiful promenade which stretches from the Castle to Torreblanca is over 5 miles of beach and harbour - great for walking, jogging and cycling. Fuengirola was one of the original towns along the coast which existed well before the tourism boom with its narrow streets and lovely church. All the streets around the seafront are full of bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket, (open until late) just along the seafront also chemist and newspaper shop. Los Boliches has an excellent local produce market together with a much larger one in Fuengirola. Tuesday is Market day and a popular place to visit. For the golfers - there are over 40 fabulous golf courses, the nearest being at Mijas. There is a full list in the apartment together with lots of other information you might find useful.
Getting around
The local transport system is reliable and inexpensive. The local train runs from Malaga Centre to Fuengirola - with 3 trains per hour stopping off at all the coastal towns. Once in Fuengirola the local buses are a great way for getting around. There are timetables in the apartment and I can explain too.
