This is our third stay at Pasajcap. We have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. There are many reasons we keep returning but the spectacular views is the main one. Pierre and the staff have always made us feel very welcome. The security of the apartment and the grounds is very important to us. We sleep soundly without any concerns for safety...

Just returned home after 3 months at Pasaj-Cap, our 7th visit in total (in apartment Uyuni). We are missing it already and can't wait to go back again next year. Obviously there are lots of things we love about it, but those that stand out the most are the views, the big open apartment, the communal atmosphere, the swimming dock...

Beautiful apartments and amazing views. A great place to stay for a longer time on Lake Atitlan - apartments were spacious, kitchen was well-equipped, grounds were spectacular and views were mind-boggling. Also, very helpful staff on site and friendly neighbors! A wonderful community!

Our low season rates are from June 1st untill july 14 th and from August 26th until October 31st
Night rate are from US 55 to US120 without minimum of nights all included- It all depends on the season and the size of the loft or cottage
Weekly rate are from US 250 to 525 all included depending on LS and HS and the lot size
Monthly rate are from US 375 to 800 all included depending on LS and HS and the lot size and the number of months rented

About the neighbourhood
Prime location to discover Guatemala Antigua, Chichicastenango, Quetzaltenango and the colorful Mayan villages around are day trips that could easily be arranged from the property as well your trips to/from the airport. With its road and boat access, you have the freedom to go around at any time, the way you like, taking at the same time advantage of those contrasts like the party town of Panajachel (30 minutes), the holy mystic ambiance of San Marcos (5 minutes), the traditional and colorful Mayan village of San Pablo (10 minutes) and your own backyard.
It is sometime called the Atitlan riviera because of the very international neighborhood and the exceptional surroundings and views.
