Holiday Rental House
The villa is situated in an amazing place!! Typical quote: Just back from an amazing holiday. Villa even better than expected and the view was to die for!!' Built in 2007, this is a villa like property on 2 floors with all 3 bedrooms overlooking sea, and the Greek islands. You can hear the waves at night! This property is semi detached yet highly exclusive. Known as a 'Cardea' duplex, this has a very high satisfaction rating. Lovely homely feel. Many guests enjoy being 'in' as much as being out. The Bodrum peninsula has a good holiday atmosphere. There are a lot of properties around Bodrum, but few with these views. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace or small private lawn. 50m away you can find a relaxing sheltered swimming pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. You may also walk about 500m to ...The villa is situated in an amazing place!! Typical quote: Just back from an amazing holiday. Villa even better than expected and the view was to die for!!' The Bodrum peninsula has a good holiday atmosphere. There are a lot of properties around Bodrum, but few with these views. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace or small private lawn. 50m away you can find a relaxing sheltered swimming pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. You may also walk about 500m to the sandy beach below with a friendly restaurant in idyllic location. (At peak times, mainly July/Aug use of beach sunbeds etc may be restricted, however the restaurant beach area should be free for all to use, but access may be charged at 30TL - £4 per person at peak time). In regards Wifi, there is free wifi around the pool, 70m away, and we provide 15gb mobile data using a mobile router. Thereafter if this is used, then 100TL for a top up. Wifi is fine for emails, surfing, and most internet usage, but not for films/gaming etc due to cost. Guests can take to beach or whenever out to save using their own phone wifi. The property is situated in a very safe area, with no evidence of 'risks' or other changes over the past 2-3 years or so, that may otherwise distract from a lovely holiday. Restaurants are all open, and are all very keen to provide a good service. Construction of new roads, holiday homes, and shops are in full swing in many areas providing a sense of prosperity and optimism. Yalikavak is the main resort 20km from Bodrum. This is 5km from the property, either by car or Dolmus bus. You will find an old town area, lots of individual shops, supermarkets, and some classy shops around the marina area. You can of course explore the Bodrum Peninsula - there is so much to see!! Locals use the cafes, shops and restaurants all year round, so that even out of season (April 2018), there is plenty of activity. This property has broad appeal and has been enjoyed by guests from Scandinavia, Belgium, Holland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Australia, Ireland and the UK. Please note there is a charge of £80 for each booking if less than £395, capped at £395. This covers our agent’s costs of preparation, cleaning, admin, and for being available if need be. This may be added to the rental cost automatically when trying to book short stays, or out of season. More

Interaction with guests
As owners, we are available to call, text or email throughout your stay, and prior to arrival too. We have a local agent, that we have dealt with for several years, and has an office in Yalikavak. She is always more than happy to discuss places to visit, things to do etc (as we are too). We have a keysafe, so guests can arrive anytime, and just take out the key that will be waiting outside the door. Unlike a hotel, there is no need to be concerned about anyone coming in at random times to clean etc. Cleaning is on request only - to ensure your complete privacy. 2 sets of linen for 2 week stays are provided.

This was an ideal place to stay with another couple, as we each had a separate floor with own bathrooms. It is very spacious and well equipped, with a large communal pool, long enough to swim lengths and never crowded. The sea views and sunsets...More

About the neighbourhood
The Bodrum Peninsula - Aegean coastOn the Bodrum Peninsula buildings are not permitted to be built more than 2 stories high, and there are no buildings higher than 3 stories in the whole Peninsula. This tends to make the area look particularly attractive. Most of the buildings are white washed cubes, similar to those in the Greek Islands. This is because this part of Turkey used to belong to Greece and some of the Greek Islands used to belong to Turkey. As you can imagine, there is a lot of history around the area.As well as Bodrum, there are some really picturesque areas to visit around the peninsula with some stunning sunsets! Bodrum town itself is huge in terms of shops and restaurants and night life. Ideal for visiting whereas Yalikavak is ideal to be staying - so peaceful after a day ...
Getting around
Our agent can arrange car rental, or simply book at airport. Alternatively, use Dolmus buses.
