Casita Cervantes is a beautiful, clean and comfy 'studio apartment' that sits on 1.5 acres of lush Roatan landscape in Sandy Bay.  It has a queen size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, full air conditioning, its own balcony with BBQ, cable TV, games, music, and it shares the washer, dryer, swimming pool and dock with the main house. Although it is not right on the beach, it is just a short 3 minute walk to the beach and our 400 foot dock that you can swim, snorkel, scuba or fish off of, or……just sit up on the second floor with a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. This unique property has been featured on HGTV's House Hunter's International. It is completely furnished with everything you would need right down to beach towels and beach chairs. If you are scuba divers, there is a fabulous dive resort that will pick you up right from our dock.  If you are not getting a rental car, it is very easy to catch a cab at the main road.  The location is very convenient; it is a 5-10 minute drive to most places that you would frequent.  The views are some that you will never forget! The weekly rate is $700 USD, the Holiday weekly rate is $825 USD plus a security deposit of $300, and the monthly rate is $2150 USD,  plus a fully refundable security deposit of $500.  We also have our low season rates.  3G Internet available (std USB port required) - $30 USD fee per week. We include, two 5 gallon bottles of fresh drinking water with your stay.  We can arrange for your airport transfers for an additional fee.  If available we can lend you our cell phone for your use while on the Island. The peace of the island , cheap quick cab ride to dive shops, bars, anything

The Casita is great for a couple. Everything you need. Very lovely. The photos do not do it justice. We wanted to be away from the crowds but an easy cab to everything. We will be back.

Quiet,restful spot!

We loved the Casita, well set up,kitchen well stocked. Loved having the pool right outside our door! Great sitting area around pool. Grounds beautiful. Able to fish from pier. Short walk to main road to catch buses and taxies. It was quiet and restful.
