Absolutely Amazing

We stayed at this villa for 3 weeks last August. The interior was second to none. Exactly what we wanted. As the saying goes " You pay for what you get`' and this was entirely true. `everything we needed was catered for. All towels, bedding were luxurious. You can tell that this villa is very well looked after. The owners were unbelievably helpful. We were close enough to get to anywhere and there is a free shuttle bus to take you into Side etc. The new Land of Legends theme park had recently opened and sharon told us all about it. It was fantastic. The staff over at the Bistro were such fun and food was great, very handy if you dont feel like cooking. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be going back. This was far better than staying in a hotel. All we needed was here. Even down to providing toys for the children and pool toys. Kids games and DVDs were a bonus. THANK YOU SO MUCH for letting us stay at your villa.

About the neighbourhood

In Illica you fill find several shops to get all your groceries . There few small restaurants ie kebab shops and patisserie. Further afield, The town centre of Side is about 13 mins drive away and Kumkoy is about 5 mins. On site there is a restaurant and bar just across from the villa on the apartment complex. Slightly further about 15 - 20 mins is the local town of Manavgat. Here you will find a huge weekly market, Novamall shopping centre, including mcdonalds, KFC, Burger King , Starbucks etc, and many, many shops.

How to get there

Access Car not needed We can arrange private Airport Transfer Service OR Car hire to be delivered & ready for your arrival at your Villa. From the Airport you take the first right turning after the I.C. hotel - signposted Side Manavgat Serik Alanya. This take you onto the main motorway D400. Ilica is off of this motorway approx. 55 km. Turn off you left (under the arches) to go into Ilica. From here you follow the road 500m, until you come to the dolphin road about by the Mosque. Here you turn right and then at the next mini round about you turn left. Go straight along the side of the basket ball park. You will pass Four Seasons Apartments and then Spring 3 on your right. Turn after Spring 3 and the Villas are at the end.
