Villa

The 3 bedroom villa has 2 en-suite bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and office desk. The bunk bed can easily be set up as two single beds.The villa is situated a few minutes walk away of restaurants, a motor bike renting shop and a Thai Boxing gym. In addition to the shared pool the villa has an outdoor gas BBQ, WiFi, TV, a full kitchen including cooker,dishwasher and microwave and all three bathrooms have showers. The patio area has now been extended and is now well lit at night and ideal for BBQs with outdoor tables and chairs. There is a shaded area, and also a large sumbrella. There are 3 bicycles available for use and within 15 minutes you can be relaxing on the beach or eating at one of the many superb international restaurants Hua Hin has. Besides it's beach ...

Great and recommended

We stayed at this place for about 2 weeks. Great place, very comfortable, a/c worked well, pool was great, environment quiet at night. Probably need to rent a car if you want to enjoy hua hin. Chris and his wife were very helpful and friendly. I think you'll be pleased with them and the place!

Great facility, great owner.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the place was great. The first night my mattress was very hard and we called the owner and he let us buy a new mattress of our choice and he paid for it. We had a car to bring it back with but he even offered to have it delivered. Can't ask for better service than that. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms which worked fine. The pool and the grounds were well maintained and a maid came twice a week. We would stay here again without reservation. Great location, great owner and great home!

Very nice villa

This villa has been really over our expectations. We read a previous review that was not not so encouraging, but finally decided to go for it. Absolutely not disappointed. Very clean and well maintained, calm, nice and large garden, swimming pool perfect. A place to go with family or friends. We've been there with our daughters (29 & 07) and grand-daughter (01). We had a perfect stay. It's just a bit far from center of Hua Hin, but if you have transportation mean, it takes 10mn to reach Night bazar, not really a big issue. The advantage is that you avoid the noise of the city and you can visit places more rapidely (Wat Kuay Mongkol, Vineyards, National park, ...)

Wonderful Stay in Hua Hin.

My brother and I stayed at this rental for 10 days during the 1st 2 weeks in December 2014. We were exploring different parts of Thailand and wanted to see Hua Hin. Overall we had a wonderful time at this villa. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The house is clean and tastefully furnished. The 2 master bedrooms are very comfortable with good bedding. The 2 main bathrooms are very attractive with very tasteful wood walk in showers. There is an abundance of hot water in the showers. The owner Chris was very easy to communicate with and was available for us during our stay. He was very helpful in setting up our scooter and car rentals so that everything was ready for us when we arrived. Thanks again Chris!! Chris's wife Miu was there to greet us when we arrived and made sure we were settled in. All the staff at the house were wonderful - the housekeeper, the driver Ping, and the landscape workers all made us feel welcome. It helps to practice your Thai with them - it puts everyone at ease and always broke the ice. There is a wonderful balcony in the 1st master bedroom that was a beautiful place to have coffee in the morning. The pool is of a decent size and perfect for taking laps. We had the pool to ourselves as there was only one other tenant at the complex and he did not use the pool. I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Hua Hin.

Groot drama echt niet boeken geeneens beddengoed.

Momenteel bevinden we ons in de villa. Het is de meest vuile villa die we ooit hebben geboekt. Er is zelfs geen eens tbeddengoed. De eigenaar reageert keurig op alle email totdat je hebt geboekt en betaald. De hele eigenaar is onvindbaar en reageert geheel niet op email. De villa is aftands en oud. Niets is onderhouden. Buiten staan banken waar niemand op wil itten. Alkes is smerig en overal liggen spullen van andere zoals scheermesjes in de badkamer. De vaat staat er gewoon nog van de vorige bewoner. De ijskast zit van met opengemaakt eten, er staat zelfs nog een bakje eten in de keuken open. De prullenmand ind e toilet is gevuld met vuil papier van iemand anders. De bedden zijn. Iet opgemaakt en er zijn geen lakens. Heel erg vies. Hoe krijg je je geld terug als niemand ergens op regageert. Deze villa echt BIET boeken.

Unfortunately, I was unaware this review was written and therefore have not responded to it until now. This review was written on the date of arrival and as it shows that the guests were not happy with the house. I could dispute most of what was written, but I do accept that the check in was not as smooth as it could have been. A new maid was cleaning that day, and although the couple checking the guests into the house said the house was clean, and there were sheets on all beds, it was not as clean as I would expect. I was not in the country at the time, and actually travelling when the guests tried to reach me. Upon arriving, 6 hours later I was in contact with the guests and arranged for the cleaner to come back the next day, and every other day. I remained in constant contact and responded almost immediately to any further emails. When the guests left they were happy and it is my understanding that they enjoyed their stay. I have asked them to remove or edit their review to show a more accurate reflection of their stay, but I have not heard back. At the end of their stay I apologised for the less than smooth check in, and offered them a complimentary stay in the future.

Delightful haven

This was a very comfortable 3 bedroom home with all the modern comforts of home in a very quiet neighborhood. Also very secure. The owner was very easy to deal with and prompt about answering questions. Love our stay there.

Clean,nice and relaxing

The villa was superb,very clean and has everything you need,sky tv,internet,pool,etc. it is located about 15min tuk tuk to hue hin centre which makes it very quiet and relaxing during the day!very close to black mountain golf club!!owners were really friendly and very helpful.we will probably be visiting again next year and would recommend the villa!

About the neighbourhood

The house is off a small quiet road situated about 200 meters from hills and forests which make ideal walks and bicycle rides. The house is in a small area comprising 4 other houses that share the large pool. The neighbors live abroad, and there is rarely anyone in the pool. Very near to the house is a small shop selling basics a restaurant that rents motor bikes and further down the hill a seven/eleven. From the seven/eleven the beach is about a further 5 minutes on a bicycle. A car is not necessary, however, there is parking for two cars.
