There are several of the house owners that either live here or rent out their homes on long term leases. This means that here are people all year around and not only in the high season.

There are several of the house owners that either live here or rent out their homes on long term leases. This means that here are people all year around and not only in the high season.
The property suits for a couple or a group of 8 people. The property has a new private salt water pool a nice pavilion with downlights, fans, bar, music system, wifi internet and plenty of space. In Thailand, most of the time spent outdoors and patios is the natural place to enjoy meals together, swimming in the pool or just relax in the pleasant climate.
The property has a great location in the center of the facility, right next to the common area which also has a large swimming pool with separate children's section, sun beds, table tennis, gym etc.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, lounge with open kitchen, granite stone flooring in all rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the living room you can relax in a comfortable sofa, there is also a 50 'flat screen TV with cable tv and a 42' tv by the pavilion. The property also has wireless internet access.
Mosquito, ants, termites and other insects can be a problem in Thailand. We have pest service on the property to try to minimize the problem. Each month throughout the year a service team will control and spray on anti insect remedy on the property and inside the house. This means that the property has a minimal amount of bugs of any sort. Mosquitos can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes up and down and in the rainy season.
The area is fully developed with all facilities. It is also security to enter the area.
The rent includes normal use of electric, water and free internet.

Fabulous, spacious private Villa in a quiet, gated neighbourhood. Lovely outdoor living area(s) with a great pool and lounges for relaxing and just soaking up the atmosphere. Some great local businesses nearby for food and drinks and getting in to town is quick, cheap and easy via Grab. 8 of us stayed here for a couple of weeks and never found ourselves stepping on each others’ toes or needing more space. The owner was super helpful and communicative and the local housekeeper was great too. Absolutely loved my time in Hua Hin and will definitely be back.

Alles super, gerne wieder !
Das Platzangebot für bis zu 9 Personen halte ich für fraglich, da wir nur zu dritt waren, kein Thema. Der Pool ist genial, genau wie die Lage des Hauses. Sehr ruhig, super Anbindung an alles was man braucht. Taxiservice vor Ort ist super zuverlässig.
Hatten nette Kontakte vor Ort, alle waren sehr freundlich und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Asien ist nicht Deutschland/Europa, dafür ist dieses Anwesen aber richtig gut.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder buchen!

Lovely villa in Hua Hin
Myself and family stayed here as a group of 6 and did not want to leave! It was such a lovely villa and isn't too far from town if you hire some bikes from the lady opposite! The owners gave a great info sheet for all necessary info and tips to help us along for the week.
I really would recommend anyone to stay here!! There are four great sized double rooms, two with ensuite. One of the rooms is detached from the main house hidden around the back which has an ensuite so is more of a private room.
The pool is great and the outside seating area is perfect after an evening out and nightcap before bed.
Would love to return one day :)
