As advertised, very modern, perfect location for relaxation, car required.
Audrey the owner was extremely helpful and pleasant. Organised taxi from Bangkok and car hire, very reasonable. Safe and secure resort.

Exquisite villa, modern, bright, airy and fully fitted with all you could require.
The owner is extremely helpful. She arranged taxis from Bangkok at half the prices quoted in the U.K. Also arranged a hire car at a very competitive rate.
The villa is very modern and just as it appears in the pictures. Plenty of room in the lounge and a beautifully equiped kitchen. Air conditioning in all the main rooms including both bedrooms. Both bathrooms are well fitted and roomy.
Pool a good size. The villa is sited in a very quiet gated complex but close enough to Hua Hin to make shopping, restaurants and night life just a 6 - 8 minute drive away. If you stay in then the T.V. has a huge range of channels.
Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed and I would happily return.

Lovely well equipped villa with private pool.
A very friendly owner who was always available to talk.
The villa is on a very private estate. Everything is brand new and the cable tv is excellent with many sports channels.
Public transport is not available but you can phone a tuk tuk or taxi.
The pool gets the sun all day and there are two sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
There is a convenience store nearby to get all the basics. There is also a coffee shop and two restaurants one which has a Friday bbq at 350 baht.
There is a master bedroom en suite plus an extra bedroom and bathroom.
Very good value for money a lovely place to get away from it all.
We will definitely return next year.

The property was great - very clean with great facilities and a very welcoming host.
This was our first trip to Hua Hin and we loved it. We are already planning the next at the end of the year! Thank you Audrey
