Accessibility throughout the house has been considered with a wide door to the main bedroom and ramp access to the house. Explore the beachy side of Norfolk Island. Whitewood Sea is walking distance to the intimate Bumboras beach, one of the locals favourite surf spots. Or take a 5 minute drive down Country Road and through the KAHVA Kingston World Heritage listed area to the best swimming beach on Norfolk. Emily Bay lagoon can be like a lake at low tide, with less than a 25m swim before you can start to see the wonderful coral reefs and underwater world through crystal clear waters. Serene nature walks are also just around the corner at 100 Acres Reserve. The entrance to the coastal walk is breathtaking especially in the morning when with light dapples through the huge commanding and majestic fig trees which lead the way to the reserve entrance. Nature walks must come with good food! Popular with locals and visitors alike Dinos, a relaxed restaurant set in a restored island homestead offers authentic and delicious food. Dinos is three doors down from Whitewood Sea. Or Norfolk Blue famous for its locally grown organic beef and fine cuisine is a couple of minutes down the road opposite the fig trees. Plus there are more cafes and restaurants in town a 7 minute drive away. Whitewood Sea is positioned perfectly to set the tone for a relaxing, unforgettable holiday on Norfolk Island. We have been visiting Norfolk Island for over 10 years and this is our second stay at Whitewood Sea and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else for our future trips. This is an excellent self-catering property with all the modern conveniences you would expect, at a standard that lends this property to be given an excellent rating. All the comforts...

“The only place I'd stay on Norfolk Island!”

Based on previous reviews and the view, I booked Whitewood Sea as a surprise 50th birthday holiday for my husband. After our short flight from Sydney we were warmly greeted at the airport by Bec, who guided us to Whitewood Sea and gave us a very comprehensive tour and plied us with an incredible amount of information for our stay...

“Perfect house”

Four of us shared this delightful property while attening Bird Week. It was extremly well equiped and comfortable with such a lovely view of Philip Island. Only five minutes to Kingston or seven to the shopping area at Burnt Pine. Would certainly highly recommend this as a great place to stay. Thanks to Rebecca for making us so welcome.
