Completely new (Building & apt), clean, sunlit, fully renovated, spacious apt (90 sq meters) VERY centrally located in the heart of the city. The Space: There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment (2 double beds), 2 bathrooms (Bath & toilets in one of them , shower & toilets are separated in the other), big spacious living room and kitchen, and a great balcony to enjoy the Israeli sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, full-size oven, dishwasher, fridge, Coffee maker, microwave and a fair amount of counter space, plates, pottery & cutlery. A Washing machine is also included. The building and the apt are completely new and super clean. Public transportation to anywhere in the city also available 1 min from the apartment. Perfect location for the people who want to explore the heart of the city and feel TLV from within. The soothing sunny exposure inside the house make for incredible lighting and an instant sense of home and comfort. The spaciousness of the interior space of the house makes it ideal for up to 5 people (2 double beds + 1 single bed - sofa). Guest Access: The guests will have access to all of the facilities inside the apt. - Free Wifi connection at all times. - Satellite TV. - Washing machine. - A free parking space for your use! - Free use of electricity - Moderate use of the AC units is requested given the high cost of electricity--please be mindful of using it only when absolutely necessary and keeping it at a cool 23 Celsius or slightly higher during the summer months. No smoking in the house, only on the balcony. Quiet Hours of 11:00 pm to 7:00 am are asked to be respectfully adhered to--we have several families with young children in our cozy neighborhood. Water is a limited and expensive commodity in Israel--please be mindful of its' use! 50 NIS replacement fee for lost or stolen keys; in the event that the locks need to be changed, guest is responsible for the cost of the service and replacement keys. Interaction with Guests: I will be available for guests at all times and will present the place at arrival with a full tour of all the facilities.
