Nuselska 513/76 Apt

Condo/Apartment -
1 Bedroom , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 3
Prague, Bohemia
This apartment is located on the 5th floor of an historical building. The building is equipped with an elevator. This private, cozy 1BR unit, approximately 540 sq. ft. (50 m2) is at your full disposal. There is a large mirrored closet with sliding doors in the entryway. In the main room, there is a comfy queen size bed, a convertible futon (sleeps two), roomy dresser with eight drawers and a flat-screen TV. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, microwave, electric stove, tea kettle and all the dishes and cutlery you will need. Fully updated bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet. The main room window faces the courtyard and the park - which is really nice, since the building itself is located on a busy street, but the apartment is quiet at all times. Your view includes the...

My son and a friend went for a week to Prague. The apartment was at a very good standard but the area was not very recommendable. There were drunks, drugs parapheralia lying around and police cars on the streets with sirens going. They would take...More

Every town, especially a capital city, will have it's drunks and druggies... That is inevitable. At times it is tourists, not even necessarily the locals. Those are the times when the Police Department gets involved. Usually, one does not even notice police is around, but...More

This is my first time in Praha, and I was really worried that the apartment will be good and clean and how close it is to the center. I loved it! Everything was perfect and just like pictures, very very clean and very easy to...More

About the neighbourhood
The Nusle neighborhood is one of the most attractive areas in Prague, where the medieval architecture and modern infrastructure mix. The apartment building is over a hundred years old, and so are the surrounding buildings.

A lovely park, called Jezerka, is situated right next to the building – you can see it right out of the Nuselska apartment window, it is a wonderful place to take a stroll and relax in any season.

Prague boasts an excellent public transit system. The streetcar station is located right by the building. Within a few minutes you can get to National Theater (Národní divadlo) station by streetcar route 6 and walk out to the Charles Bridge (Karlův most). Or, take route 11 to the National museum (Národní muzeum), station Muzeum, and walk out to Wenceslas Square (Václavské nám...
