The owner may from time to time be in residence in a separate part of the villa with separate entrance. However, the gardens, pool and terraces are exclusive for the use of guests. The owner will be discrete at all times and will personally ensure the house and all services are run to a high standard.

If you wish to have a private chef cook one or several meals during your stay, this can be arranged in advance at a very reasonable price. The chef would purchase all the ingredients for your meal at a nominal cost and you would provide your own beverages.

All linen and towels are provided. Towels are changed bi-weekly, bed linen once per week. As an additional service, we can stock up your pantry on your behalf prior to your arrival if necessary. All basic kitchen supplies (such as sugar, salt, condiments, etc.) as well as kitchen and laundry soaps, kitchen towels, paper napkins, etc. are usually always available.

We offer discounts of 5% for 2 weeks 10% for 3 weeks and 15% for 4 weeks.

If you bring your portable computer, you can log on to our wireless broad band network at no additional charge.

The closest international airports are Málaga (AGP), Sevilla (SVQ), Jeréz de la Frontera (XRY), and Gibraltar (GIB). Your best way to get to the villa is by rental car, which you would pick up and return at the airport.

If you're already in Spain and like to ride by train, you can take the train from Madrid to Ronda, which gets you there in under 4 hours for approximately €60. There are also regional trains from Málaga, Granada, and Sevilla as well as buses to Ronda – all for under €20. The taxi ride from Ronda to the villa is about €16.
