Fantastic location

A newly built contemporary apartment directly opposite the beach. Super easy beach access. Limited bars/restaurants in Cala Mollins but easy access by car to Puerto Pollensa. Pretty well equipped for a holiday apartment, lots of internal space and lovely external terrace which was surprisingly private.

There are four beaches in Cala St. Vicente: Cala Barques, Cala Molins, Cala Clara and Cala Carbo. Only the locals...Until recently these beaches barely received visits from tourists, but their beauty and the quality accommodations offered makes it now a very popular holiday destination. 1) Cala Barques is the largest beach in Cala San Vicente. It is considered the best for snorkelling, where you can get the unique experience of the rich marine life. A patch of sandy beach also allows for sunbathing on the beach. There are some really good restaurants in the shoreline like Ca'l Patró, Cala Barques or Niu Hotel, specializing in seafood and the typical 'paella'. 2) If you take the path around the rocky knoll you'll find the tiny beach of Cala Clara.
