Casa da Oliveira - 'The House of Olive Trees' sleeps 8/9 (can be 10 with an extra baby in the cot) and is a charming child friendly villa in the historic village of Sao Lourenco. Bed 4: Bunk beds + full sized single bed and private balcony.
Bed 1 ensuite: Large shower, wc and basin off an inner hall which gives private access to other guests if required.
Bed 2 ensuite: Also off an inner hall as Bed 1 - bath, shower cabinet, wc and basin.
Family bathroom: Bath and separate shower enclosure, wc, bidet and basin.

It has granite worktops and breakfast bar, built-in units and equipment - large fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher + juicer, mixer, coffee machine, crockery and glass for inside or outside, etc., in fact everything!
Washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board.
2 sofas, chairs, tables.
The new TV box has several 100 channels of all English ones, many foreign channels (Dutch, German, Scandinavian, French, etc.),100s of films, many popular TV box sets, music and 14 day catch-up. There is a DVD player, music centre, book library, games for in and out & a wonderful log fire (with logs supplied!!) for Winter warmth. FREE WI-FI for all guests.

Through the front door is a spacious hall off which are the living rooms, kitchen, cloakroom and bedroom 2 with ensuite. Off the landing at the top of the wide staircase are the master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room, bedrooms 3 and 4 and the family bathroom
To make your arrival easy, especially if it is in the evening, we provide you with a starter pack of groceries, hot and cold beverages, beer and wine.
There is air conditioning and heating throughout the villa.
Casa da Oliveira is our second home for ourselves our children and young grandchildren so we have it equipped with everything that one could possibly need in a home rather than just a rental property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning out the BBQ before departure. Fee for leaving it to the maids is £20.
From Nov to Mar if if the fire is used it must be cleaned before departing. Fee for leaving it to the maids is £20.
No smoking or pets are allowed. Penalty for failure to comply is 100euros.
Cost per hour of excessive changeover time is 20euros per hour. Leaving toys out, the garage untidy, sun loungers on the lawns, etc. are the sort of things that give rise to a long changeover time.

A most enjoyable holiday. This well equipped villa was clean and spacious ,with a pretty garden and pool ,set in quiet countryside.
The thoughtfully chosen welcome pack was a happy start to a thoroughly relaxing and peaceful holiday. We would certainly visit again.
The house and pool are a wonderful destination. We took day trips but were very eager to get back to the privacy, comfort, and general "hominess of the Casa.

Our village of Sao Lourenco has a most attracive main street, bar/coffee shops, an art gallery, the 'Centro Cultural De Sao Lourenco' and the well known 'Igreja (Church) de São Lourenço' which attracts visitors from all over the Algarve.
Lively Almancil is less than 5 minutes away. It has everything - supermarket, butchers, 3 bakeries with bread and pastries to die for, petrol station, several banks, internet cafe, boutiques and numerous cafes, bars and restaurants of all types and prices.
For those seeking activities 10 minutes drive reaches several of the Algarve's famous beaches, two water parks, horse riding, tennis, sea water sports and thirteen of the best golf courses in the region.
