A short distance from Maratea Fiumicello, the villa is situated in a shady pine forest and set within a large garden. A five minute walk along a private path through the grounds leads down to the sea where you can swim or sunbathe. The only other access to this stretch of coastline is by boat or from the neighbouring villa. Upstairs, the villa consists of a kitchen, a spacious lounge and dining room and two large terraces overlooking the sea. The terraces are covered and the larger one can accommodate a long table for al fresco dining.
