Family house with three spacious bedrooms, large rear garden and off-road parking allowing two (2) vehicles parking at the front of the house. Security, sensor lights to the front and the rear. Sleeping available on five single 3 ft beds with new firm and pocket sprung mattresses. One lovely sofa bed which caters for 1 person very well (would also be okay for 2). Side space outside the kitchen door is space for a cigarette and a coffee or glass of wine. Rear garden is locked and secure with two patio areas and a luscious lawn. The living room is luxuriously furnished with a 40 inch SMART TV with a dedicated Netflix account. Gem of a house ! Very well presented, house was immaculate throughout. Lovely big kitchen, lounge was great and the beds were very comfortable, You won't meet a better owner than John ! 100% recommended, thank you John.
