Recently refurbished flat in the center of St.Julian's with country views. Round the corner from Spinola Bay, 5 minutes from beaches, nightclubs, restaurants & a breathtaking promenade. Large kitchen/living/dining, 2 double bedrooms, (main with ensuite and AC in both bedrooms) and an additional bathroom. Although the apartment is close to the hustle and bustle of Malta's main entertainment hub, it is unique because it is located in a quiet cul de sac overlooking a pristine valley offering country views from the living room balcony. For those who prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos are also close by. The living/kitchen and dining area are on a split level offering a cosy and distinct character with a particular design and lots of light all over. Respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down. Garbage is collected on particular days, please do not leave it out on any other day. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Whilst the apartment is pet friendly only well-behaved, toilet trained pets are allowed. Should something in the apartment need fixing during your stay, our maintenance team will come as soon as possible. Should you not be home at the time they will fix the item in your absence.

Fantastic appartment and perfect location

Couldn’t have stayed anywhere better!

Excelent instalation and location. Near the sea, the port, the party and a lot of places to eat and go shoping.

About the neighbourhood
Saint Julian's (Maltese: San Ġiljan) is a town in the Central Region of Malta. It is situated along the coast, north of the country's capital, Valletta. It is known for tourism-oriented businesses, such as hotels, restaurants and nightclubs which are centred mainly in an area known as Paceville. The town is subdivided into informal districts which are Paceville, Ta' Ġiorni, Tal-Għoqod, St Andrew's, as well as the regions surrounding St George's Bay, Spinola Bay, Balluta Bay, and Il-Qaliet cliffs. St Julian's is popular, usually flowing with tourists, especially during the summer months. It is a well-sought after destination by the Maltese. The population of Saint Julian's is 10,232 people as of March 2014.
Getting around
Saint Julians is one of those places where most things are reachable on foot. It is right in the centre of the island and the apartment is a few meters away from bus stops going either way of the island and taxis are available throughout the day and night. Cycling is also an option given that the apartment is just a few meters away from a 6km flat promenade. We provide a free transfer from the airport to the apartment and going back to the airport takes about an hour by bus and 20 mins by taxi. Rent a car service is also close by. Bus N13 is the night bus that goes to and from Saint julians till 11pm. Bus X2 takes you from Saint Julians to the airport, and TD2 and TD3 take different daily routes to and from the town.
