Spinola Park -The Loft Penthouse is a newly, modern finished one-bedroom Penthouse situated in the highly known Complex - Spinola Park. The property is just a short walk from the picturesque Spinola Bay, St Julian's, close to the best restaurants, nightlife and large outside play areas for kids. This one of a kind property is situated on high grounds, served with lift, enjoying bright and airy city views from its terrace. This penthouse comes with a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and more. All rooms are fully airconditioned. The upper level connected via a spiral staircase, comprises of an open-plan bedroom with double bed with wardrobe and walk in en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. The bedroom is flooded with natural light coming from the large glass doors leading to the comfy terrace with outdoor dining. The Spinola Park Height – Loft penthouse is ideally situated within walking distance of shops, cafes, very good restaurants, wine bars, Casinos, clubs, within a few meters from the Sliema popular shopping centre, cafes, bars, and restaurants that offer a wide variety of entertainment and relaxation. And it is conveniently located next to various bus stops, which allows full mobility to the entire island. Yet still located on a quite residential street to assure a goodnight repose. For those renting a car parking is available on the street and the neighbouring ones, while secured parking at the same Complex is also possible at an extra 8euro nightly. While the supermarket is just a few minutes walk (offered at the same complex) other amenities like pharmacies, banks, fast food outlets like McDonalds, McCafé, Pizza Hut are all within close walking distance. For the evening one can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk at the Portomaso Yacht Marina or enjoy the nightlife in Paceville since both are within walking distance from the apartment. The capital city Valletta is only 10 minutes by bus away. It is very nice and romantic to have dinner in one of the many international restaurants located around the bay of Spinola. Spinola Bay is a small bay which is characterized by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the ‘luzzu’. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - for 1 bedroom- 150KWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6months or even longer please ask for quote. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18 old and older.More

We have been visiting St Julians for about 30 yrs staying in many Hotels and Apartments. We have stayed with Ralph's apartments in Portomaso prior to this and although he did rate this much nicer we can't agree. It is nicely situated with many facilities...More

Spinola park is a Green project - Efforts to limit impact began even before construction as the rock excavated from the site was recycled as aggregate for the concrete. The terraces which characterise Spinola Park’s facade are adorned with over 90 linear meters of lush vegetation per floor; designed by internationally renowned French landscape architect Patrice Marchal. The irrigation of these terraces will use recycled water from the AC units to keep maintenance costs low and waste minimal. The green roof will provide energy-saving insulation for the whole building
