This cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a gravelled area with furniture and barbecue and shared use of a children's wooden play castle.1 Primitive Mews is an ideal romantic base for exploring the area. Amazing break

Currently on our last night here and we really don’t want to go home. The cottage is well presented and so homely. We booked for a week to bring in the new year and do some amazing walks. Unfortunately with the British weather we didn’t...More

Looks tired,needs updating especially the kitchen Hole in the wall need pluging to stop the wind howling through

The converted barn from the outside looks fine but it is let down by the rotten doorframe to the entrance of the cottage. It was cold there when we stayed and the wind howled through the lack of door frame where it had rotted beyond...More

Good location to see surrounding towns and villages, excellent local pub the church inn. Furnishings somewhat basic and dated downstairs, after long walks it would have been good to stretch out on a slightly larger sofa but as it says in the title value for...More
