This beautiful stone house lies in a quiet country hamlet, 20 km north east of Bergerac and is ideally situated for exploring the Dordogne Valley. The house is safe and secure, the private pool is set in an alfresco area for outdoor eating and barbecuing with sun loungers and seating for everyone. The swimming pool is in full view of the house and you can sit in the shade away from the sun and watch your children playing safely in the pool. There are videos, books, DVD player, TV, games for you to enjoy. There is also internet acces.

This is an excellent place to stay for a family holiday. It has everything you need and two sizeable towns within easy reach. All the attractions of the area are within a short drive distant. The owner is also very kind and helpful.

Changeover day is a Saturday, arrival after 4 p.m., departure before 10 a.m. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. If the deposit is not received within one week, the property will be removed from booked.

The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. The security deposit of £300, is required 2 weeks before arrival, it will be refunded subject to checks within one week of departure. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

During low season (minimum stay usually 1 week ) this can be flexible. Contact owner for quote.
Credit crunch discount. If you book your holiday before the 30th September then you will receive an automatic 10% discount.

About the neighbourhood
Beautiful stone country house close to Medieval Town of Bergerac on the Dordogne River. There is so much to do for kids and grown ups. The region offers anglers a host of rivers, waterways and lakes for fishing. As a visitor a great way to discover the history of Bergerac is to take the river barge trip from the old port.

Visit the lovely Bastide towns, explore the magnificent Chateaux, shops, restaurants, sample the delicious local wines. Visit the beautiful lake and sandy beach 10 minutes drive away. Lots of markets selling local products for you to sample.
