If you're in the mood for some outdoor fun and relaxation, there's also a campfire pit where you can gather around and watch the sunset and roast marshmallows under the stars. The cottage features 3 bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and two rustic bunkies one with 2 bunk beds, and the other with four single beds. The cottage is situated on an elevated spot with a pathway leading down to the lake. This elevated vantage point offers breathtaking and unparalleled lake vistas. There is a shore road allowance that runs between the base of the cottage hill and the dock (please refer to the pictures). It's approximately 135 walking paces down the forest trail, across the road allowance, and then to the path leading to the dock. Additionally, there's a parking spot available at the dock if you prefer to drive down instead. The lakeside area features a generously sized deck (measuring 28 x 20) where you can relax and soak up the surroundings. The dock itself extends out over the water (24 x 6), extends out over the water. By the lakeshore, you'll discover a shed with water toys, a bar fridge, and a microwave, making it the perfect spot for a full day by the lake. The shallow rock entry at the water's edge gradually slopes to deeper water at the end of the dock (approximately 15 feet deep), providing an ideal location for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking in the beauty of Wollaston Lake. Whether you're looking to swim, fish, or just ready for relaxation, this cottage provides a great setting to enjoy the pleasures of lakeside living along with stunning lake views, sunsets, and vistas!
