Pier Cottage is situated close to Kilcreggan Pier, the last remaining original Victorian Pier on the Rosneath Peninsula. Over 100 years old, today the Pier operates with a foot passenger ferry only. The cottage is set back from the Pier and sits peacefully in its own grounds offering stunning views out onto the Clyde from all rooms. Leading out from the patio doors there is a superb decking area where you can sit out and really appreciate the fresh air and waterside location. We had a wonderful short break at Pier Cottage. On arrival the heating was on and the cottage was spotless. There is a lovely view across Loch Gare which can be enjoyed from the dining table. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay...More

My sister booked this cottage for a week's holiday. As soon as we got there, we were helped by the ferryman with our suitcases. He took them right to the cottage, which was just at the end of the pier. That was a lovely touch...More

Pier Cottage is a gem. We took a short Easter break and hit the jackpot with this place. The cottage is cosy with great views, the owners are really nice and Kilcreggan is a real find. Hard to fault.
