In the heart of Connemara, 7kms from OUGHTERARD, Leam East, towards CLIFFDEN, very pretty country house "cottage", located at the top of a small valley accessible by a bridge "the quiet man bridge" where was turned " the quiet man "with John Wayne. This cottage of about 100m², on a fenced plot of 9 acres, without any opposite, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, 1 kitchen with dining room and adjoining bar. Possible use living room fireplace (peat, wood, no coal). Around the cottage, lush greenery with horses and sheep grazes all year.
