We booked both buildings on this property for a family of 14. It was perfect! The beds were comfy, the kitchen had what you needed, and the grounds were beautiful. Great place for walks. We had some sunny weather and sitting out in the courtyard was so relaxing. The birds in the morning were the perfect addition to our stay. The little villages nearby are lovely.

Charming Picturesque - Simply Breathtaking
This picturesque Coach house is located approx 5 minutes from Thomastown. The Barn simply took my breath away from get go. It is sparking clean and the interior is tastefully inspired by travel,The large upstairs living room has a wood fire burning stove with timber provided.
It truly is a great place to kick back and relax in nature. It has plenty of space for larger numbers, a great kitchen, lovely fireplace, a beautiful main bedroom with unsuite with a cute balcony that overlooks the countryside.
The hosts were very welcoming and even had a lovely fire lit for us upon arrival - they were happy to recommend good spots to eat in the nearby town of Thomastown, We also visited the nearby village of Inistioge which offers some of the best scenery in the region particularly the gardens of the Woodstock estate.
I will definitely return to the court house, I couldn't recommend it enough.

A very special place to spend time with family and friends
Had a wonderful long weekend here with friends and family. We rented both the Coach House and the Mill House. We cooked in the Coach House so called the Mill House our 'quiet house' for anyone who wanted to get away on their own, sit in the gorgeous conservatory and read a book, have coffee in the sitting room or have a bath in the amazing ensuite off the master bedroom. Both houses are stunning and fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of. Daniel and his family are lovely hosts. Everyone who stayed there wanted to stay longer or come back soon. A delightful local fox stood for a long time watching us approach on the lane up to the avenue and a very friendly pussycat came and visited us every day. It was a perfect location to toast my 50 years and I shed a tear leaving yesterday.

The Perfect House!
Booked this and another house from same owner for friends of family of mine staying in Inistioge for my wedding.
The house itself was perfect for my husband & family visiting from Poland; clean & well kept with fabulous grounds. It is perfect for large families/ groups as layout allows plenty of privacy & space. Very family friendly, warm & comfortable. Plenty of towels & bedding available, in addition to a well stocked pantry with all the basic storecupboard items you may need! Location serves as a good base to explore surrounding areas but also private if you'd like a quiet break away.
Eoin was a fantastic host; incredibly accommodating and always patiently on hand to answer our many questions.
Our friends are already planning another stay!
Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing property
Located in the quiet town of inistioge this property is amazing for a family getaway. Loads of privacy and the building itself is a very generous size with lots of original character.
The coach house is located in the quiet town of inistioge, with the larger Thomason next store and Kilkenny about 20 mins away.
This is the real Ireland the countryside and these beautiful villages!
This property was completely restored over the past couple of years so it offers modern kitchen and bathrooms too. Upstairs living area also has woodburning stove.
And the master has its own balcony and bathroom.
The main floor has a great sunroom/hallway with 2 bedrooms off of them, the thick stone walls offer complete silence when trying to sleep in. Also bedrooms have original curved ceilings that really gives u the ferrying if going back in time!
We stayed here with children and there is lots of room inside and out for them to play, they also have a pedal go cart and basketball net for kids.
The owners are also very kind and welcoming u get the sense that they would do anything to help you if asked.
I would definitely recommend this place! Especially for families! You will not be disappointed, thank you coachhouse

The house is set on its own private grounds in a courtyard setting, 1 mile from the village of inistioge. Inistioge is a beautiful and historic village on the river Nore in South Kilkenny. Its special character has made it one of the most visited places in the South East of Ireland for many decades.Nestling in the Nore valley it offers some of the best scenery in the region particularly in the recently restored gardens of the Woodstock estate. There is lots to do and when you tire of river paths and woodland hikes you can choose to eat and drink in one of our excellent restaurants and pubs.
There are 4 golf courses within 5-10 miles radius, including the famous Mount Juliet.
The medieval city of Kilkenny is only 12 miles away, an historical and artistic centre.
The area is also famous for it's trout and salmon fishing.
