Bedroom 2 have a king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Bedroom 3 is very large with a king bed . Bedroom 4 have a king size bed . Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor, a pretty room over looking the back garden with a double bed . The main bathroom boasts a large tub ,shower ,sink ,large soft towels plus toiletries. Guests will receive a welcome hamper on arrival. There is high speed broadband with unlimited access. Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. House is very big and there was plenty of room for our large group of 9. About 10 min from Adare by car. Would highly recommend

Beautiful house

Had a great experience. House was beautiful traveled with my wife and 3 young kids. Very friendly and accommodating host. Very close to Village plenty of taxi service available. Would definitely stay there again.

Fanningstown House is situated in a stunning tranquil country setting, 5 minutes drive from the award winning Adare village An architectural wealth of scenic beauty, Adare’s main street is punctuated with beautiful stone buildings, medieval monasteries, ruins and a picturesque village park. Adare has two 18-hole golf courses and a pitch & putt course all within walking distance from the village. There are also over 20 golf courses within 1 hours drive from Adare. Adare is an ideal location for quality food and drink with a choice of superb restaurants. The bars also serve excellent food and hold traditional music nights.
Getting around
A car is recommended, but if you would like to relax and enjoy the sights, we can organise a variety of efficient and reliable chauffeur services ,where you will find fully qualified and experienced drivers who do their utmost to look after your every need. From airport transfers to daily journeys . Limerick railway station is 10 Km Hourly bus service to Dublin city and Dublin airport from Limerick city.
