We are very happy to answer queries and recommend local places to visit, eat and best pubs! We have prepared a folder with information about the local area and there are numerous tourist brochures for you to browse in the apartment. We can order taxis for you too, just tell us when you need them. Our favourite walk in any season is on our magnificent beach, breathing in clean air and getting circulation going! Great for kids too who can spend hours building sandcastles and playing games.

Sheelagh was a great host. This place is ideal for families with kids, clean and well furbished. We had a great time swimming at the nearby strand and I will definitely recommend it. The only downside is the flat is far from the City-Centre but...More

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is approx. 300 mts from the beach, and a one minute walk from a large supermarket and public transport by bus to Dublin City and Dublin Airport. Many of our guests are happy to use public transport and do not hire a car. There is free on street parking however if needed.
Getting around
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Bus stops are 1 - 5 mins walk from the apartment providing public transport to Dublin City Centre (routes 32 and 42) and Dublin Airport (route 102).
Easy access from Dublin Airport (15 mins by car), motorways M1 and M50.
Trips outside Dublin, for example, to the Cliffs of Moher, Newgrange, The Burren, Galway etc., can be booked online using local tour companies and have been well reviewed by previous guests. Guides are well informed and entertaining! We would suggest these rather than trying to drive there independently. Distances are deceptive and it can take much longer than guests anticipated.
