Enter the house from the street front via a delightful timber staircase or from the private courtyard with parking. The living areas are on the first floor with street and garden views .The decor is contemporary and compliments the beautiful solid oak floors and some choice antique pieces of furniture. Oil central heating and open log fireplace assure your comfort. The rental fee is inclusive of all heating, electricity and heating costs, a big plus by comparison to other rental homes .The house is split level with outside terraces for al fresco dining from the first floor living areas to the garden . The third floor has three bedrooms, a master room en-suite with a very comfortable king sized bed, a double room and a twin room with a shared bathroom means the house can sleep six people.
