The two-bedroom penthouse is spacious, light and located close to the old square, perched high above the village of Tala. On the large terrace facing east, south and west you can enjoy spectacular views across the Mediterranean Sea. It is a quiet location away from the crowds, yet only a 10 minute drive from Paphos, Coral Bay, the beaches and many cultural and archaeological sites. All rooms have independent air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans. The fully fitted kitchen has an open plan aspect to the lounge/dinner separated by a breakfast-bar. The lounge area has two large sofas for your convenience and relaxation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment and terrace. Through two double sliding doors, the lounge leads onto our private terrace. The terrace is 100 square meters with a large dining table, 2 sunbeds, and a breakfast corner all overlooking the swimming pool with spectacular 360-degree views. The layout ensures all day sun and two pergolas provide ample shade. From our terrace you can see cruise ships passing by, boats and even parasailers gliding across the clear blue sea! Two weeks before your holiday we will send you the final details you need for your arrival, this will include the key code to access the front door key, the directions to the villa. If you have booked a taxi or car hire through us the details to who you should look out for and where to meet them. The following day (a welcome letter is left out for you with a time and contact details) for a Meet & Greet so any questions you have we can discuss with you. A small welcome pack will be waiting for your arrival at the villa. We are contactable 24/7 during your stay.

About the neighbourhood
The village square is a 5 minute stroll and provides you with several bars and restaurants, popular with both local residents and tourists. The newly renovated square is an ideal place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. From the apartment the popular resort of Coral Bay (10 mins drive) gives you two popular beaches with watersports. In the main area are great restaurants, lively bars and has a real family entertainment. Paphos itself is split into the upper old town and the coastal area. In the old town you have the municipal market, the main square (new for 2017) and old to shopping area.
Getting around
If you are thinking of staying local you would not need to hire a car as you have everything within easy reach You do not necessarily need to hire a car for the duration of your holiday we can organise for the car to be brought to the apartment, it can be hired for a minimum of 3 days.
