This is a one bedroom two bathroom oceanfront corner unit equipped with Air condition, The unit is nestled into the hillside that separates building 30 from building 34 at the Bay Villas. This condo is great for people watching as the walking trails sit just in from of all the ocean front buildings. The unit has a few upgrades on the interiors along with Hawaiiana furnishings! King/Queen/sofa sleeper bedding, cable modem for computer access. It has granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. You will have breathtaking views from bed in the master bedroom, and walking distnace to restuarants and beautiful sunsets.

This Condo is in disrepair and needs some TLC
