Bathroom with shower over a bath and towel heater. First floor with open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Communal gardens and carport with storage bin. Double glazing, night storage heating and two other portable electric heaters. Allowing dogs prior to agreement. Walks into protected woodlands, Fifteen minute drive from Newquay and the North coast or ten minutes to the South Coast. Highly recommended Cottage and area to explore Cornwall.

It was a lovely stay at Himba cottage. A nice view of the countryside, quite comfortable with all the essential amenities at Andy's home.

Follow the A30 to the A39 heading towards Truro, You will see a 3 mile to Truro sign followed by 40 MPH speed sign, then start looking for the turning into Quite Lane on the right hand side with a white house on the junction and continue down this lane towards The Courtyard.
