Very old and misrefurbished house. We rent a house for 6-8 persons where max. 6 persons can be seatet for dinning inside and the prommished small patio were the footpath outside the frontdoor where hundreds of trucks and farm vehicels passed every day with 60...More

About the neighbourhood
The picturesque, friendly village of St Nicholas Des Eaux is in the heart of the Blavet Valley and is only !5 mins fom the medieval town and Napoleonic Chateau of Pontivy. It has a towpath through the village that extends for miles and is ideal for walking, picnics, biking. Facilities include bicycle hire, canoes, pedaloes, boat trips and a boules area. It has two restaurants, two bars and a creperie, all with outside seating to enjoy the stunning views. There is a local outdoor swimming pool at Baud and an excellent golf course close by. It is a favourite with river fishermen, winning awards for best fishing river 2006.(permits can be got locally) There is plenty to do, or you can laze by the river and enjoy a bottle of local wine for around £1.
