I designed Sweet Wind after studying and admiring the local traditional West Indian houses here. The smaller buildings with hip roofs withstand the hurricane winds better. The Villa is comprised of three separate buildings with decks in between. There are 4 kayaks and good snorkeling down at the pebble beach a short walk below . Enjoy a full Kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. There are 2 large decks and a stone grotto complete with BBQ and outside shower. Hardwood floors, beautiful stonework, you will find Sweet Wind in a class of her own. Close to beaches, historic ruins restaurants and shopping, Sweet Wind is a perfect choice for couples and multiple families....I designed Sweet Wind after studying and admiring the local traditional West Indian houses here. Stayed at Sweet Wind Villa for a grand 22 days---and still it was hard to leave! Every morning served up a spectacular sunrise. Gentle warm breezes always blew. Slept like a baby as did all of my entire family of 6+ that joined me off...More
We had an amazing time at Sweet Wind. This is a beautiful West Indies style set up with a common kitchen and living area. The three upstairs bedrooms are off the common area connected by decks, and the two brand new lower level bedrooms are...More
We stayed at Sweet Wind for over 2 weeks at the end of April. We moved there from Cruz Bay, where we had stayed a week. Sweet Wind was perfect for us. The views were incredible from every room, even better than they look in...More
Sweet Wind Villa is a lovely, clean home with a great view of Hurricane Hole and the East End. It is a short drive from Coral Bay and many nice beaches. It has a nice kitchen, but, we didn't use it as we were put...More
We absolutely loved our stay at Sweet Wind. Nina is an amazing host and her villa provided everything we wanted and needed in a vacation spot.
The views are absolutely incredible. Breathtaking and unlike anything we have ever seen. Nina gives you the use of...More
Delightful! By far the best place weve stayed on the island. If you want to get away to the chill side of the island, this is the place to be. Be sure to make time to visit with the owner- she is equally delightful.
We've been coming to the Rock for 24 years and sadly, we never 'stayed' in Coral Bay and now I don't ever see me going back to the other side! Sweet Wind Villa is a pure little Gem! We felt like Peter Pan & Wendy...More

The best part of having a rental villa is meeting folks and seeing them enjoy the place . I love watching their reactions when they first step out of the jeep and the view captures them.
If you are looking for the most amazing view on the island, This. Is. It. The villa had a deck that juts out over a cliff and gives you views of Hurricane Hole for amazing sunrises and sunsets. Is on the other side of the...More
We just returned from a week at Sweet Wind. It was fantastic. The Villa is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out for traveling with our two teenage boys. We loved the quiet and tranquility. Nina was very respectful of our privacy but we had a...More

We researched a number of villas in Coral Bay and decided on Sweet Winds. The villa is 4/10 of a mile out of town and was exactly what we had hoped for. There is a nautical theme throughout. Nina the owner couldn't have been more...More
Sweet Wind is one of the lucky few homes located in Hurricane Hole, in the National Park overlooking Coral Reef National Monument. It's really quiet, private and secure and the view is amazing! To get here, go East on '10' past Coral Bay and Skinny Legs Bar for 1/2 a mile. At the top of the first hill there is a sign 'Sweet Wind' turn left and go 100 feet up the paved driveway, then take the first right and your home.
