Perfect location, superb hosts and not too expensive. We will definitely come again

We have stayed at Beamish cottages on a number of occasions and just cant get enough of the place. We use it as a base when working up there, lots better than staying in a hotel and we have also returned for a holiday. Lovely...More

How to find us If you use SATNAV it may take you off at Junction 63 – DON’T! From the North or South exit the A1 at the Team Valley Trading Estate exit (South) Sainsbury’s is on the roundabout. At the roundabout take the exit to Lamesley. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit. Take the first left. Take the first right The Ravensworth Arms is on the right hand side corner. Follow the road into Kibblesworth passing The Plough. Continuing on this road until you leave the village. Once you have left the village take the 2nd left exit, sign posted Riding Lane and no through road. Follow the road passing Cooper House on your left until the end of the road we are the farm steading at the end. Welcome.
