Included in the rent are the costs of electricity, water and gas and cleaning at the end of the stay (it is possible for long stays to agree separately an additional cleaning service and change of linen, according to your needs). During the winter months a wood-burning fireplace will be able to warm up your evenings (we always provide our guests with a wood basket), while during the summer and on sunny winter days you can have breakfast on the balcony or sunbathe on the turret enjoying a splendid sea view that embraces the entire Gulf of Sanremo. The apartment is completely independent and our guests will enjoy the widest freedom. We are always happy to welcome our guests and advise them if they want to visit places and where to eat and give them any information they will ask us. A few steps from our accommodation is the bike path of the Riviera dei Fiori .. Inaugurated only a few years ago with the move upstream of the railway, the track traces the nineteenth-century track of the railway and winds for 24 kilometers on the edge of the sea touching several countries such as Ospedaletti, Bussana, Riva Ligure and San Lorenzo al Mare. From the bike path you can access the various bays and beaches, get off the bike for a sun bath or sea, or enjoy a delicious meal in the various restaurants on both the track and the beaches. At 10 meters from the house leads to the park of Villa Ormond, with its centuries-old and tropical plants, 100 meters to the east lies Villa Nobel with its park, where Alfred Nobel lived and died, while on the west there is Villa Zirio of Prince Frederick William of Prussia. At 150 meters to the sea is the beautiful outdoor Olympic pool inside the Méditerranée park, where you can go for a swim, sunbathe or eat. From that point you access the bike path and the bike rental is 50 meters away. Towards the east there are the shops of the district of San Martino while towards the west, shortly after the train station, there is Corso Garibaldi with its shops and the supermarket; after Piazza Colombo there is Via Matteotti with the Ariston Theater (where the Italian Song Festival is held in February), its luxurious boutiques, the Casino and the Russian Church. From Via Matteotti it is also possible to access the medieval historical center, called "La Pigna", decanted by Italo Calvino in his books, rich in cultural and musical initiatives during the summer. Also near the house there is the marina with its yachts and restaurants, and continuing towards Porto Vecchio you will find the Victory Morgana disco with its beach and the bars and restaurants of Piazza Bresca where the city's nightlife takes place. To reach our accommodation the nearest airport is Nice (France) or alternatively the one in Genoa. You can then reach Sanremo by renting a car or using public trains. In fact, the accommodation is just a 7-minute walk from the Sanremo train station and has parking on the property. The nearby train station allows you to quickly reach the French Riviera with Monte Carlo, Menton and Nice, while all the Ligurian hinterland offers you for the variety of villages and villages perched on the heights that are worth a visit (Dolceacqua, Apricale, Badalucco) , Bussana Vecchia, Triora etc ...) also for their typical local restaurants. In the near Bordighera it is possible to visit Villa Regina Margherita, summer residence of the last Queen of Italy, today the seat of the Terruzzi Collection. Ventimiglia is home to the splendid botanical park of Villa Hambury, crossed by the ancient Roman Via Aurelia. The bathing season runs from May to September and Sanremo enjoys a temperate climate all year round. To remember in October the Tenco Prize Review of the Song of Author, and in February the Festival of the Italian Song that attract many Italian and foreign artists to Sanremo. In October the Sanremo Rally and in April Sanremo in bloom with its flowered wagons. In October the Tennis Openings of Montecarlo and for 2015 from May 21st to 24th the Grand Prix of Montecarlo (there is the possibility to attend the Grand Prix from a boat moored at the port of Monaco, booking the entries by time also through us). Flat for 2-6 persons, located in the attic of a 19th century villa. View of the Gulf of Sanremo, convinient to: beaches, Olympic swimming-pool, bike path and the center. Close to the railway station. Equipped with a large kitchen, two bathrooms, jacuzzi, large living-room with sofa-bed, Wifi, satellite TV, our flat can put six persons up. You can also add to baby crib. All the rooms are air conditioned. All the rooms are equipped with bedclothes, towels and beach towels. Without addictional costs. In the garage there are 4 bikes for adults and 3 bikes for children from 4 to 12 years old that you can use. The costs of the light, the water and the cleaning at the end of the stay are included. If you want for an addictional cleaning service. During the winter mounth, a wood burning fireplace will gently warm your evenings. We always put in the flat a basket with firewood that you can use. During the summer, you can have breakfast on the balcony or sunbathe on the tower, enjoying a splendid view of the Gulf of Sanremo. The flat is completely independent and you will enjoy complete freedom. We will be always happy to welcome you and give them any information they ask for. Open just a few years ago.
