Gabriella's apartment is totally charming at the top of a very old building. It is central and in the heart of Pistoia overlooking two squares that buzz with activity from people coming into the town for Supper or just for a drink. It is an excellent base for exploring the cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and within driving distance of Siena. Although there is no parking with the apartment Gabriella provided us with a parking permit to enter and park our car very close by. Pistoia is a lovely town and not frequented by many tourists, but it has some excellent buildings and has a market twice a week that is fun to explore.
Gabriella's apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we required for our stay - she even provided fresh fruit, milk, butter and bread and even a bottle of fizz.
I would highly recommend her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting this part of Tuscany. Thank you Gabriella for letting us stay there.
