Arbre de Cerise is a beautiful 400 year old farmhouse that has been lovingly restored and converted into three gites. Marguerite is our 3 bedroom gite, sleeping 6 people, with far reaching views over sunflower and poppy fields. The gite has recently been refurbished to provide high quality, comfortable and well equipped living accommodation, combining every modern convenience with the character features of each property. Coming in from the courtyard, Marguerite' s kitchen is generously equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment, as well as a 5 burner hob and cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen leads through to a light and airy dining room/conservatory with with a large dining table seating eight, a painted dresser and some easy chairs. Double glass doors lead onto a covered patio overlooking the garden, down towards the pool. There is a downstairs cloakroom (with washing maching) off this room. The spacious lounge, full of character features, has a wood burning stove and a large, 42' flat screen television with satellite channels, a dvd player, ipod/iphone speakers and free WI-Fi connection. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (1 x double, 2 x twin) with exposed stone walls and wooden floors. Two of the rooms have stunning French windows that open out to the courtyard below. Two bathrooms, one ensuite with bath and shower, and the second one with a shower. Outside there is a bbq, table and chairs for the guests staying in Marguerite.
