Interaction with guests
We stay on the property so are usually on hand for any queries and any problems. I am pleased to say the WIFI problem has been resolved, but in case it fails again, there is a covered, sheltered seating area close to my house that receives a good signal.

My apologies for lack of wi fi, I did explain that the router extender had stopped working, and I couldn't get it fixed during your stay. I apologised at the time. I'm sorry you found the sofa uncomfortable, I will look into that.
