Comfortable temperature is maintained with underfloor heating throughout powered by an air source heat pump with individual temperature controls in each room. The apartment has one on site private parking space. All bedding, towels, electricity and wifi are provided at no extra charge. Also supplied in each apartment: Radio alarm clocks in each bedroom, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes dryer (plenty of room for drying in hot cupboard). Cots, baby baths and high chairs available on request (Please note cot bedding is not provided). Less than five minutes walk from Kirkwall bus station, tourist and travel information centre, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all the main street amenities. Kirkwall Pier is the ferry terminal for the North Isles and is also less than 5 minutes walk away. Here you will also find Kirkwall marina with yachts for hire, other boat charters and day excursions. Located only a few minutes walk away from Kirkwall's central attractions of St. Magnus Cathedral, the Earl's and Bishop's Palaces and the Orkney Museum. Other amenities within easy walking distance include fitness centre, cinema, swimming pool, theatre, sandy beaches, horse riding and 18 hole golf course. Please note: Apartments can be accessed from 4pm onwards on check in day. Keys are kept on site in coded key safes for flexibility of arrival therefore there is no personal meeting on check in. In the heart of orkney

The apartment is ideally placed minutes from st Magnus cathedral in Kirkwall. It is spacious modern and extremely well equipped. Delightful place to return to at the end of the day warm and comfortable. We will be back next year

Lovely, comfortable, well appointed, new apartment, quiet but conveniently situated for the centre of town.

Most pleasant stay in this peaceful apartment which is very close to the centre of Kirkwall. Very well equipped, clean and still a new feel to it all. No significant negatives although inevitably, the view from one of the bedrooms is not of scenic Orkney!...More

Perfect location in Kirkwall

Less than five minutes walk from Kirkwall bus station and tourist and travel information centre. Kirkwall Pier is the ferry terminal for the North Isles and is also less than 5 minutes walk away. Because the apartment is so central you are in walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars etc. If you plan to get out of town to visit all the amazing sites and attractions Orkney has to offer we recommend a car for flexibility but it is also do-able with public transport.
