Dacha Two is a spacious, bright, and well-equipped Edwardian terraced cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Sidmouth. Only five minutes’ level walk from the sea front, it offers a comfortable base from which to explore the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty and beyond.
All local amenities are nearby, including shops, restaurants, children’s play area, cinema, theatre, indoor swimming pool, and several churches.
Dacha Two is next door and similar to Dacha, which is operated by the same people and is available on this website. Both houses were renovated in 2018 and equipped with new beds, linens, furniture, kitchen appliances and utensils.

Interaction with guests
We will provide arrival guidance to our guests before they travel. As we respect out guests' privacy, we provide a front door key in a keysafe by the front door so that our guests do not feel obliged to arrange an arrival time. We will SMS the instructions to open the keysafe on the day our guests travel to Dacha Two. We live a short distance away from Dacha Two and are available to our guests should they need our assistance.

Airport: Exeter International Airport: 17.0 km
Railway: Honiton: 16.0 km
Guests are advised to drive to the Mill Street Short Stay Car Park, then retrace the last section on foot to arrive at Dacha Two (41 Holmdale, EX10 8DJ).
Please look out for “Co-op Food” on the left as you drive down the High Street as the turning into narrow Holmdale may not be obvious. Holmdale is a one-way street that forms an “h” shape, and the turning left into the cul-de-sac for Dacha Two is only for the brave. Whilst VW Golf size cars and some vans have reversed in as far as Dacha Two, the less confident driver may prefer to drive on to the car park. Alternatively, if there are free parking spaces in the High Street (permitted for 30 minutes between 10.00 and 18.00) then these may be used for unloading luggage, before moving the car to a car park.
