The flat is a beautiful and stylish 60m2 (646 ft2) apartment, with a large and bright loft-style living room, with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area, an extra cozy bedroom, a bath and 2 entrances.
The apartment is individually styled and carefully furnished. It is a former flower shop, which was rebuilt in 2012 and turned into an holiday apartment.
It is fully equipped with induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, range hood, microwave, espresso machine, TV, wireless internet, safe, complete dishes, (wine) glasses, gas heating, washing machine, hair dryer, soaps and ceiling fan and a marquee. You'll also be equipped with books, magazines and travel guides for the region.
The bedroom has a double bed and in the a large living room is a sofa bed with real mattresses, which can be opened to a comfortable double bed....

We stayed in Chrisitne's apartment for a week. Everything was prefect, central location yet calm, comfortable , Christine is a attentive host, she helped us kindly png the stay. Strongly advised. We will come back!

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the Fasanviertel a neighbourhood of the 3rd district, and it's excellently connected to the City, the airport, Wien Mitte and Central Station. In only 6 minutes the tram takes you to the Vienna State Opera and the historic center. Its perfect location in close proximity to train hubs makes it an excellent basecamp for tours to the surrounding areas of Vienna.

The Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Palace are virtually on the doorstep.
You'll find supermarkets around the corner, restaurants, cafés, a drugstores, a pharmacy and more shops.
Getting around
There is a tram stop 5 minutes away it connects you to the center, and another one that connects to the main station.
Additionally you are very close to the S-Bahn stop Rennweg. From there you can take train to the alps, to neighboring countries like the Czech Republic but also and probably most relevant to the airport.

Take the S-Bahn from the airport to Rennweg. Then it's a 5 min walk to the apartment. Fare: 3,90 if you get the ticket before boarding.
From Vienna Main Station you take the Tram O and get off at Kölblgasse (the 3rd stop) from there it's a 3 min walk. Fare: 2,20
You can grab a cab at the airport and any other location of course. The fare from the airport is raoughly 35,- EUR
