This recently converted 3 bedrooms’ farmhouse is situated in a private alley in the village edge of Xaghra. Entrance into a hallway consists leading to the open plan kitchen, dining and living room, overlooking the large south facing pool and deck area. On ground floor there the first twin bedroom and a spare family bathroom. The stone staircase leads to the first floor with the other 2 ensuite bedrooms; with 1 double bed with terrace overlooking pool and another twin bedroom with an extra bunk bed. Pool Dimensions - 8 x 4 Meters Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff. Additional services: Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use. The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night. We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay. Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more. This recently converted farmhouse situated in a private alley in the village of Xaghra consists of three bedrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite and terrace overlooking the pool, another bedroom with 2 single beds on ground floor, and the third bedroom have 2 single beds and a bunk bed that sleeps 2, three bathrooms/showers, a combined kitchen/dining/sitting room overlooking a good sized pool and deck area.
