Upon entering this wonderful holiday home, you are greeted by a lovely hallway which leads to a combined living and dining area. All of which gives onto a lovely sundeck with a good sized pool, the main feature being the stunning unobstructed hill & sea views. A fully superbly equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) and a spare bathroom completes the ground floor. Four ensuite bedrooms three of which (a double and two twin beds) are located on the 1st floor, are all very well furnished. This lovely holiday home is situated between two villages of Xaghra and Marsalforn, both of which offer wonderful restaurants for you to enjoy – along with local convenience supermarkets which ensure your holiday is stress free. Pool Dimensions - 5.5 x 3 Meters Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff. Additional services: Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use. The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night. Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more. We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay. Summer holiday in Gozo Stayed in the blue house for two weeks myself and my wife. This farm house has three floors,two double and two twin rooms all with ensuite bathrooms (good size). Access was restricted by way of a spiral staircase to the top...More
