The arched ceilings on the ground floor and the amazing stonework and floor tiling throughout the house, are all original features that will immediately embrace the visitors on entering the property. The sizable and traditional inner courtyard at the entrance, has been converted into a private pool and deck area. Through which one enters into a combined living and dining/kitchen space, quaintly separated by arches. A twin bed room and a separate family bathroom complete the ground floor. An original stone staircase leads to an arched landing area and two other bedrooms on the first floor, one twin and one double, both with ensuite facilities. Pool dimensions - 5.8 - 5 meters Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff. Additional services: Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use. All rooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night. Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more. We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay. The farmhouse is lavish and spacious. We were only two people and lived in the upper floor. The room on the kitchen level is a bit damp. Its very charming with the old polished staircase. We had a fab time sitting outside and having BBQ....More
