I stayed with my husband and two children aged 14 and 11.
First the bits that could have been better. The toilet seat was broken and although we reported it on the first day it wasn't fixed which was very annoying. The windows could do with something to keep them open like a hook so that in the breeze they don't slam shut. The smell from the bathroom wasn't great, but I don't think anything can be done about that as it smells as if it comes from the sewers. We could have done with a bit of basic info about the area, for example where the supermarket was. We found a good one two train stops away btw virtually at the station, the stop after Estoril.
All that said it has plenty of good bits.
The location was stunning and totally ideal as it is right in the middle of Estoril and Cascais. You can walk to both, a few minutes walk or if you have trouble walking, like me, then are one stop away in either direction.
