The house is an old charming cottage/townhouse completely renovated in an elegant Italian style with a strong venetian influence. Close to the Golf course, a great walking and mountain bike area and Vicenza. In 5 min highway entry to Verona, Padova, Venice, Lake Garda See. Beautifully located over the hill of Brendola, a small medieval village with a castle on the top. The house has free Wi-Fi access, air conditioning,two bedrooms, a seperate living room with bedsofa, a small garden, a full kitchen with dishwasher and big dining table. Three bright bathrooms with big shower, bath tube, hairdryer and bidet. In front of the property is our private parking place. The house start on the ground floor and each floor you get higher you will have a more amazing view out of each window over the valley, an anciant villa, the vine fields and house roofs. The living room and the sleeping rooms have a warm wood floor and original old stone walls, which was lovingly grouted by hand between each natural stone. Going out of the house you can find the typical Italian live, neighbor talking, the bread or vegetable seller with his old truck or on Saturday a bride with her guests at the saint Michel church and square which is for the local people a romantic place to marriage. In walking distance you can find 9 old renaissance villas built at the time of the famous Italian architect Andrea Palladio. All kind of shops are downhill, saturday morning is the local market where you can find fresh vegetables, cheese, meet, fish, plants and clothes. The property is located between Verona , Vicenza and Padova , 10 km from the centre of Vicenza, 35 to Padova, 80 km to Venice, 40 km to Verona , 80 km from Garda Lake , 40 km to Piccole Dolomiti Mountains , 70 km to the sea /Chioggia. Perfect place to experience rural Italy

Located to allow day visits by car to Lake Garda, Venice, Verona, Mantua, Padua and Vicenza. Peaceful and quiet with stunning views of the local countryside. Tastefully renovated mixing old with modern. Great place to relax and recharge your energy!

Beautiful house with amazing views

Beautiful house with amazing views over the surrounding countryside. Lovely spacious rooms and well equipped for all needs. The village church and restaurant at your doorstep and Vicenza is only 10kms away.. I would recommend this house for a stay in a beautiful area.
