There are three bedrooms with a total of 5 single beds. The living room, including two sofas (1 sofa-bed), features two large french windows which offer views towards the river and provide plenty of natural light. There is a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one en-suite to one of the double bedrooms. This is a great family flat ideal for both short stays and long term rentals, with plenty of space, open views and natural light. Perfect location, especially for kids. Ubicación perfecta, especialmente a niños.

Well located for transport links, bars & restaurants, sightseeing and other activities. Our five-year-old grandson loved the adventure playground in Parque de los Descubrimientos across the road from the apartment as well as Isla Magica which is only a thirty-minute walk away. Nice apartment out of, but near, the hubbub of Holy week
