Holiday Rental House
This very nice Andalusian house was renvoted in 2017. Everything made so that you enjoy your holidays. 2 terraces front and back you can choose where you want to relax under the sun or in the shadow. Nice swimming-pool (shared with around 20 other houses). The terraces are protected from the wind, you can have lunch even in winter time. From your terrace, you will be able to watch your children. All rooms have got a ceiling fan and aire conditioning. You will be kingly requested to use the fan rather than the a/c in order to save energy and protect the environment. All rooms have got shutters. The street is very quiet, you will enjoy your nights ! You should be enthusiastic about the location of your holiday home. 8 mn walking from the beach. The beach is a wide and sandy beach, famous Carihuela, one of the best beaches in Costa del Sol. Many beaches are crowed because too narrow, some are rocky beaches, others are accessible via stairs or slopes too hard to climb back under the sun. In our house, no such bad surprise. Easy access and very nice beach. A supermarket is located 2 mn walking. 4 others are located less than 10 mn walking. Also available 30 or 40 or 50 restaurants (there are too many and we could not count them). Benaldamena Marina – Puerto Marina – with its fantastic architecture, shops, yachts, aquarium is located 10 mn walking too. Buses from and to Marbella and Malaga stop Avenida Antonio Machado, just 3 mn walking. Train station El Pinillo (15 mn walking) links you to the airport and Malaga City. So that you do not need a car during your holidays and save money on car rental. But if you have a car, a parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. The house is located at 15 mn driving from the airport. Enjoy your holidays ! Careful: this is a residential area - you should respect the vicinity - share the garden and swimming pool with others. Interaction with guests
You will be given the keys and the house will be shown to you. We just require 25 € for late arrivals from 9 pm to midnight that you will be asked to give to the person who will welcome you. 40 € for later than midnight but have to ask before to make sure that it will be possible. Everything is recent in the house and you have explanations how to use it. How ever, if something went wrong, you would get assistance. For check out, the same person will also come to take the keys and check the house. If something is broken, we ask to pay for the buying price + 50% of the cost (to compensate the time spent and / or the remuneration of the people who will go and buy the things to the stores on behalf of me)

We stayed for ten weeks from January to March and foun house to be clean and comfortable also very convenient to all amenities.

Lots of small shops available. Dozens of restaurants available at a walking distance. Puerto Marina Benaldamena is 10 mn walking. Carihuela sand beach is 8 mn walking The street is a street with small houses and gardens and no high buildings. Quiet street with low car traffic.
