A beautiful front line three bedroom apartment with amazing sea views located on a ninth floor. It offers three bedrooms, one family bathroom plus a cloakroom, a bright and modern living room with direct access to the outside south-facing balcony with breath taking sea views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to the balcony. The other bedrooms are a double and a twin. The lounge provides a comfortable corner sofa and dining area for four guests with extra seating for two, six in total. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet and the cloak room is right next to the fully fitted kitchen. Exellent apartment. 10 min to the port and same to the citycenter. You can´t be closer to the beach that means no car needed. We were picked up from the airport by a taxi arranged by Davis Warr, the Property Manager. Good arrangement. We had a small issue with the ac but it was promptly taken care of by David. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every minute. Only thing that could be better for us who arrives late by plane is that there should be enough toiletpaper and a bottle of water waiting .Chargable. I would even gladly pay for a welcome package including some water and a lighter breakfast. I left for next guests plenty of paper and a bottle of water. Overall very nice quiet apartment which I honestly can recommend to anybody visiting Estepona.

Estepona is a very pretty town.We we're in the middle with the old town on one side and the port on the other.A 10 min easy walk to either.At both spots there were plenty of bars and restaurants and in the town there are numerous shops which cater for everyone. The local people young and old seemed welcoming. There was only on street parking with the apartment but we chose the underground car park just around the corner.Safe and secure and with it being the low season the price for a seven day stay was incredibly cheap. The apartment although excellent could have done with an English speaking Tv news station and possibly a DVD player.

About the neighbourhood
Walking distance from Estepona port and town centre. You are right on the amazing sandy La Rada beache with all it’s great festivals, restaurants and chiringuitos, no problem to get a cold cocktail or some real espetos (fish on a stick). The centre of Estepona is great for shoe shopping and is only a ten minute walk. Every Sunday there is a market in the port of Estepona, 10 minute walk or on Wednesdays just above the port, with all fresh fruits and vegetables. No car necessary in this property and a must for beach and sun lovers looking for a great family holiday.
